1. General

  • These Terms govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
  • Prices shown include all mandatory taxes and charges. You will see the full cost of your order before completing checkout.
  • We use all reasonable efforts to meet advertised delivery times, but these are estimates. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.

2. Your Rights

We are committed to complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as updated by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to report damages and request a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@wearechhabra.com. We will refund or replace it at no extra cost.

3. Payment & Security

  • Payments are processed securely. Charges will appear on your statement as Chhabra Ltd.
  • We never store full card details, and we will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the expected dispatch date or offer you a refund/alternative.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting info@wearechhabra.com.
  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to your 14-day cooling-off rights above.

6. Limitations of Liability

We will always deliver products that meet their description and are of satisfactory quality. However:

  • We are not liable for losses not caused by our breach or negligence.
  • We are not liable for business-related losses (e.g. loss of profit, data, or opportunity).
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, or other rights which cannot be excluded under UK law.

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, and trademarks (including "Chhabra")—belongs to Chhabra Ltd or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce it without permission.

  • Our products are food and drink items, not medicines.
  • While some ingredients are traditionally linked to wellbeing benefits, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • If you have a medical condition or are taking supplements/medications, please consult a qualified professional before use.

9. Fair Trade & Sustainability

Our drops are produced in partnership with a fair-trade women’s enterprise in Kerala, India. Over 80% of the workforce are women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Using a unique low-waste distillation method, we capture the full essence of each spice while supporting sustainable, ethical practices.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England & Wales.
